Senior PE Reflection

Considering my two main goals for this semester were to lose weight and strengthen my arms, I feel like I accomplished both. My video demonstrates activities in which would have helped in weight loss and arm strength. My physical health has most definitely improved from the beginning of the year. I ment to add this to my video, but it slipped my mind. My score on the beep test at the beginning of the year was 7.2 ... my latest beep test score was 8.6 . I've gone up more than a full level on the beep test and I'm very proud of that. My video demonstrates my ability to remember gym strip, show leadership and put my entire effort into everything. Like every other teenager, I did skip class a few times. Although, I was usually just in the library catching up on homework. But aside from that, I think I've done better in PE than any other year and if I could choose my mark, I would probably give myself between 82 and 86% .

  1. I like your post Robbi. I am glad you found new success and confidence this year with your fitness efforts. I know it was a tough environment many days for you girls and I am so proud of how our found ways of bringing it in the midst of all of that. If you are wanting to continue the fitness and personal health side of what we did this year please consider Ms Phillips Get Fit class. All girls... mostly fitness. Would be a nice change from what you just went through. :) Thx again for your effort this year... I'll miss ya.
