Weight Room Workout

The 10 activities that I did in the weight room, in the order of which I did them are:
1. Leg Curl, 50 lbs.,12 reps, 3 sets
2. Bike, 5 minutes, 2 sets
3. Wall Sit, 30 seconds, 2 sets
4. Elliptical, 5minutes, 1 set
5. Cable Row, 50 reps, 1 set
6. Sit Ups, 20 reps, 2 sets
7. Stairs, 2 minutes, 1 set
8. Body Bridge, 30 seconds, 1 set
9. Lat Pull Down, 60 lbs, 12 reps, 1 set
10. Squats, 10 reps, 1 set

My goal for PE11 is to lose weight and strengthen both my arms and legs.

I haven't done any research on why I chose these certain activities, I just kind of guessed based on what muscles are worked. For example:

* The leg curl, the bike, the wall sit, the elliptical, the stairs and squats all help to increase the strength in my legs.
* The cable row, body bridge, and lat pull down help to increase the strength in my arms.
* The bike, elliptical, sit ups, stairs, body bridge, and squats are to help burn fat.

My choices very closely align with my goal...each workout has a purpose.
I can honestly say that there was no reason for the order I went in...I just went to whatever I felt like doing next. I didn't know order really mattered.

My workout did go well, although I do feel like I could have pushed myself harder. Maybe by doing more sets on workouts like the stairs or the elliptical. If I could change something, I probably would have taken out the body bridge and replaced it with the treadmill.
